Release  2.3.11 Summary

• Password Reset: The password reset feature will no longer send you a new password. When you request a password reset now, the system will send an e-mail to your inbox, you will then be directed to a reset password page which will allow you to add a password of your choosing.
  
  
• Book a Vehicle Page:  Users can now search for a specific vehicle using the vehicle's plate no. All other search options will be ignored when this option is used.
  
  
• Pickup Instructions: This option allows you to add pickup instructions for individual vehicles in addition to the existing pickup instructions available per Vehicle Group. Pickup Instructions provided at the vehicle level will over-ride instructions from the vehicle group.
  
  
• Book a Seat Notification:  An automated e-mail notification will be sent to the vehicle driver when a passenger is added to a booking.
  
  
• Booking Vehicle Transfer:  Transfer an existing booking to another vehicle (useful if the vehicle booked is no longer available). Select this option from the Booking Manager.
  
  
• Booking Page - Time control format:  Available options include; Text Edit or Dropdown + 1, 15 or 30 minute intervals. (System Administrators can change this via the Business Account Setup Centre > Policy Summary > Booking).
  
  
• Vehicle Group Departure Restriction: Restrict the departure time (i.e. vehicle departure time must occur within this time range). (See Vehicle Group setup).
  
  
• Report/Extract Change: Includes a filter for Plate No. (See Account Setup Centre > Reports > Bookings).
  
  
• Booking Authorisation:  Change the display order of authorisation providers. Available options include; Randomise (Default), First Name, Last Name and E-mail Address. (System Administrators can change this via the Business Account Setup Centre > Policy Summary > Booking).
  
  
• Booking Destination and Destination Other:  Destination and Destination Other can now be hidden, optional or required. In addition, Destination Other list values can be used to populate Destination Other with a Dropdown list in addition to a free-text box. (System Administrators can configure this via the Business Account Setup Centre > Policy Summary > Booking).

The next major release will include a new module which will allow System Administrators to provide some users access to certain capabilities. Most capabilities will include the ability to modify, change and delete information.
